Proposed Solution

I would like to create slip on covers to slide on the fan blades. These covers would be made using a fabric such as spandex or cloth with a velcro/button/snap closure on the end. These covers could be manufactured in different colors with different designs. My ultimate vision would be to get licensing to place graphics on the covers such as Spiderman, Batman, movie themes, celebrities, etc. People would be able to purchase these covers in sets of five and slip the covers on their existing fan blades and forget about them. In incremental periods (a lot longer than current cleaning cycles) people could easily remove the covers, wash them and place back on their fan blades.
